We currently offer an array of boarding & leasing options at Rancho Pacifica. One of the many options is to lease by section, such as a 20 stall mare motel. Covered wash racks, tackrooms, office and on site restrooms are just some of the included amenities. Please call for more information.
Rancho Pacifica caters to the happy equine and the quality of our facility and ongoing maintenance proves our love for horses. (See our Contact Us page for business hours).

- Three (3) 20 stall fully-covered mare motels with 12'x24' paddocks with 6' high double welded wire dividers

- 20-stall “U-Line” custom MD Show Barns, some stalls with attached 24' paddocks (2 of the barn stalls are 12'x16')

- automatic fly spray systems, and automatic waterers

Areas to ride offsite and many trails

- Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere; tranquil mountain ambience with miles of trails

- (2) Two 60' round pens (One Priefert 6 rail, and one standard 5 rail)

- Shaded patio seating areas, benches, fountain, picnic tables and family areas

- 1/4 mile walking trail inside fenced areas

- Office, private and community tack rooms, and mens/womens changing/restrooms

- Ranch Manager lives on premises, 24/7 security gated, and fully fenced, with 7 days/week access

- All arenas have natural sand footing, and are auto irrigated 1x per week and dragged 1x per week

- Offsite manure removal. No MANURE is spread on site

- Four (4), 1 acre, fenced pastures for 24/7 outdoor boarding, absentee owners and retirees

- Multiple dirt pipe turnouts for daily sunshine and relaxation for your horse(s)
